Registration

NGFS Summer Camp registration is completed through CampSite, a camp management site.

If you are returning from previous summers, you will register through your existing account in CampSite, here. If you do not remember your password, click "What's my password" on the login screen, and follow the prompts.

  • Once logged in, please click “My Account” and make any changes since last enrollment.
  • Click the “Camper info” tab at the top to review your camper’s information. It is especially important to confirm that “grade entering, Fall 2024" (the grade your child is currently in) is correct as enrollment options are automatically populated based on that information.

If you are new to NGFS Summer Camp, click here and scroll down to click “Create your account" and follow the prompts.

Preschool camp sessions are open to current NGFS families and 2025-26 enrolled families. A passcode is required for registration; see email for more information.

If the camp(s) you are interested in is full, you may sign up for the wait list in CampSite. (please do not email to be added to the waitlist; it must be done by the account holder in CampSite). There is no cost to be added to the wait list. Deposit is only required if space becomes available.

Fees

A nonrefundable deposit of $25 is due for each camp session/week at the time of registration. The deposit is inclusive and will be applied to the camp session fee. The remaining balance is due one week before each camp session (by 5 p.m. on Monday of the week before the camp session starts).

Camp fees vary based on program level and camp themes. Summer 2024 camp fees are as follows:

  • Preschool Summer - $200-230/session
  • Summer Adventures - $225-310/session
  • Summer Navigators - $225-310/session
  • Summer Explorers - $225-310/session
  • Middle School Electives - $240-310/session

Camp fees cover the full camp day: 8:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m. for Preschool and 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. for all other levels. Morning and afternoon Extended Care are available for an additional fee. Due to staffing and programming needs, we are unable to offer prorated fees. The exception is the week of June 16-20, which has been pro-rated for a four-day week as we are closed Thursday, June 19th, to honor the federal holiday of Juneteenth.

Late Registration

You may register for a session up to 5 p.m. on Monday the week before the session begins for no additional fee. Registrations received after 5 p.m. on Monday the week before the session begins will be assessed a late registration fee of $20. The late registration fee will be added to the session fee and both must be paid at the time of registration.
